The Manifesto.
Values are great but they’re worthless if they’re not being honoured. That’s why we have a manifesto instead. It’s at the heart of everything we do not just as a wonderful business, but as wonderful creative people — both in and out of the studio.
It’s about being bold, not beige. It’s being open to anything, yet knowing where you stand. It’s about empowering people to take up space and to do things their way. It’s about owning your quirks and celebrating as much as possible.
